SdKfz 303 Goliath

The Goliath was a ww2 vechicle created by the Germans in order to have a remote controled 'land mine.' Daniel has

1)Accuracy : 5 - For the most part this set is reasonably accurate. The carrier, and vehicle are shown in good detail and there are individuals in period clothing that could 'stand around' while this is being used in a wargame.

2)Design : 4 - The design is very nice, the vehicle looks nice and clearly, 'in scale.' Although this set has a couple flaws in its design. The first being that while the set can 'fit together,' and turn into other things, there is one individual missing from the vehicle, the set shows 3 and there are 2; I am assuming this to be a team of course!

3)Standard : 5 - This set would fit into almost any of the figures on the page for this period. The colors are equal, the size equal, and overall it is in good form.

4)Uniqueness : 4 - If the two 'gun holder' poses had been a little more interesting this set would be a lot better. As is the major downside seems to be the two guys standing around holding guns. It may be more interesting to show them hanging around or something. Otherwise being something of an obscure vehicle the uniqueness is naturally very clear!

5)Usability : 5 - Any wargamer or diaramoa builder would be blessed by this set. Its simply, 'done,' and you can print it out on one page in one of two formats, meaning that you could also switch it on and off the field for the same printing effort as another set!

Total : 4.6 stars out of 10. A very nicely designed set which takes into account a huge amount of practical detail!
